    How do I return or exchange a Lumiboard product?
    All Lumiboard products sold on Amazon are covered by Amazon's standard return policy — typically 30 days for most items. Simply go to your Amazon orders, select the item, and request a return or replacement. Amazon handles the entire process. If you have a unique issue, feel free to contact us via the form above and we'll assist personally.
    My Lumiboard isn't charging — what should I do?
    First, check that you are using the included Type-C cable and plugging into a working power source (wall adapter or USB port). The red charging indicator light should illuminate when charging. If the board won't charge after trying different cables/adapters, please contact us with your order number and we will arrange a replacement.
    The markers won't erase — how do I clean the board?
    For dried-on marker ink, lightly spray the surface with water using the included spray bottle. Wait 10–15 seconds, then wipe with the microfiber cloth. For stubborn marks, a few drops of water directly on the spot followed by gentle circular wiping works well. The board surface remains clear and scratch-free even after hundreds of cleaning cycles.
    Where can I buy replacement markers for my Lumiboard?
    Lumiboard-compatible neon markers are available on Amazon. Any standard LED board neon markers (water-soluble, erasable) with fine or medium tips will work with Lumiboard boards. You can also search "LED note board markers" on Amazon for many compatible options. Signsxcel 12-Color Liquid Markers are a popular compatible choice.
